In recent years, the use of immunotherapy has been a turning point in the fight against cancer. The use of uni or bie-specific monoclonal antibodies, antibodies capable of blocking immune-checkpoints, or the use of genetically modified T cells or NK cells designed to destroy tumor cells (CART), have led to a real revolution in cancer treatment.

Today, new therapies based on the identification of tumor neoantigenos and the development of custom therapeutic vaccines are showing very promising results. The use of immunotherapy is achieving its maximum development in hematological diseases because tumor cells are easier to come into contact with normal immune cells responsible for destruction.
