The postCROI is a workshop in which independent and specialized speakers make a high quality summary of the most important contents of the CROI congress (Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections) equivalent to the attendance at the congress.

CROI is the most important international HIV congress, attracting 3,500 attendees from all over the world. However, its accessibility is not always easy, with restrictions on registrations and costs, as well as its duration, mean that many professionals are unable to attend.

Therefore, the postCROI, which this year reaches its 20th edition, is conceived as a high quality summary of the most important contents of the congress, made by doctors and researchers attending to the congress and in a very short period of time after the end of the congress to allow access to the information to those who have not been able to attend the congress. In an intense afternoon, participants have an update practically equivalent to attending the congress.
