The rapid emerging resistant bacteria, poses a major healthcare and it is one of the main public health problems of our time. The cost of antibiotic resistance is enormous for the healthcare system and the community. It increases health costs by reducing the options to prevent and treat infections, leads to longer illnesses, medical complications, loss of protection for patients undergoing medical procedures and prolonged hospitalization; it inevitably leads to an increased mortality.
 

This workshop is an excellent learning and networking platform for healthcare professionals and researchers involved in the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases. The conference led by renowned experts, will provide a comprehensive overview of the epidemiology and management of multidrug resistant microorganisms and will go in depth analysis the most prominent and current issues of antibiotic resistance.
